Semester exams are set to take place from December 17 to December 19. The schedule for the exams is organized by periods, with specific time slots assigned for each period.
On Tuesday, December 17, Period A (1) classes will be held from 7:50 a.m. to 8:50 a.m., followed by Period B (2) from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and Period C (3) from 10:10 a.m. to 11:10 a.m. Announcements will be made at 11:10 a.m.
The following day, Wednesday, December 18, will see Period D/E (4/5) classes from 7:50 a.m. to 8:50 a.m., and Period F (6) classes from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with announcements scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Makeup exams are planned between 10:10 a.m. and 11:10 a.m.
On Thursday, December 19, students will attend Period G (7) classes from 7:50 a.m. to 8:50 a.m., followed by announcements at that time, then proceed with Period H (8) classes from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and makeup exams between 10:05 a.m. and 11:05 a.m.
Regarding transportation arrangements, buses are scheduled to leave JCA at different times on each exam day. On Tuesday, December 17, buses will depart at 11:25 a.m.; on Wednesday and Thursday, they will depart at the earlier time of 10:15 a.m.
