Hatch Chicken to open in Rebel Convenience Store in Romeoville

Hatch Chicken, a new quick-service restaurant, will soon open within a Rebel Convenience Store located at the intersection of Normantown Road and Weber Road in Romeoville. The restaurant will specialize in chicken sandwiches and tenders, alongside sides such as biscuits, mac and cheese, and waffle fries. The beverage menu will feature organic teas and lemonade. Customers will have the option to order in person or online for quick pickups.

“Hatch Chicken is a very new concept, originally debuting last September,” stated Mayor Noak. “It’s great that Romeoville is being included in the initial wave of buildouts and we look forward to welcoming them to the village.”

The new restaurant will occupy the space previously held by Dunkin' and a drive-thru window will be constructed. The beginning of construction is set for June, with plans to open in September.
